A house and a gardenThis wonderful 3-floor villa with a sea view is located in the city of Cavtat. The villa itself has a living space of 450 square meters and is surrounded by a beautiful lively garden with fruit trees and rose bushes. There are two spacious covered terraces on the ground floor, one of which is equipped with a barbecue area. The swimming pool & the sunbathing area are located in the garden.
BedroomsThere are four bedrooms in the main area of the house, each with a bathroom, a balcony, and a sea view. The master bedroom is located on the top floor and is equipped with a large terrace, a bathroom and a balcony. Next to the master bedroom there is a gym, also with a spacious terrace and a captivating view of the Old Town of Cavtat, the bay area and the sea. Each bedroom is equipped with air-conditioning, 43" Samsung Smart TV, a safe and a hairdryer.
Living roomOn the ground floor there is a living room with a 55" Samsung 4K Smart TV, a fireplace, a guest WC and an access to the terrace and the barbecue area.
Kitchen areasThere are three kitchen areas in the house: the main one on the ground floor, the smaller one next to the master bedroom and another one in the apartment building. Each of them has a fridge, a Nespresso coffee-machine, also the main kitchen and the apartment kitchen both have dishwashing machines.
ApartmentThere is a 2-floor apartment with a private entrance. On the ground floor there is a living room, a bedroom and a lobby. On the first floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom.

Cavtat – is one of the most picturesque places on the Adriatic coast, marked with a Blue Flag for it's clean sea water.

Dubrovnik
During the Renaissance Dubrovnik was a capital of The Republic of Dubrovnik. The city was a rich centre of science and arts, with fascinating examples of renaissance architecture including palaces and squares. Dubrovnik managed to preserve all this magnificence: the lavish architecture and mesmerizing views are now accompanied by well maintained beaches and cozy restaurants.
It takes about half an hour to get to Dubrovnik from Cavtat, either by taxi or by bus. There is also a scheduled boat option, this ride will take about an hour and will definitely become a great sea trip.
